Where is Axel Farm located?

Axel Integrated Farm is based in Talalora, Samar, Philippines. Our products are made from locally sourced ingredients grown by farming communities in Samar and the surrounding regions.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship products nationwide within the Philippines. Shipping from Tacloban to Manila is ₱380 per box. Delivery times vary by location — typically 3-5 business days to Metro Manila and 5-7 business days to provincial areas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers through our Shopify checkout. We also sell via Shopee (shopee.ph/axel.farm) and Lazada.

What is coconut nectar vinegar?

Coconut nectar vinegar is made from the naturally fermented sap of coconut blossoms. Unlike grain-based vinegars, it offers a smoother, milder acidity with subtle natural sweetness and richer flavor. It contains no artificial additives or preservatives.

What is the difference between Sinamak and regular vinegar?

Sinamak is a traditional Filipino spiced vinegar made by infusing coconut vinegar with chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. It's used as a dipping sauce (sawsawan) and marinade, not just as a cooking ingredient. We offer two varieties: regular and Carolina Reaper (extra hot).

What is Sapura?

Sapura is a ready-to-drink coconut nectar beverage made from fresh coconut sap. It's naturally sweet with no added sugar. We offer Sapura Pure (original) and Sapura Infused with Botanicals (with turmeric, ginger, and lemongrass).

What is Cocestra?

Cocestra is our coconut cider vinegar — a naturally fermented vinegar made from fresh coconut sap. It has a smooth, tangy flavor with balanced acidity (4-6% acetic acid). Available in 150mL and 375mL glass bottles.

Are your products organic?

Our products are made from natural ingredients without artificial preservatives, colors, or flavorings. Our coconut products start with sap from local coconut farms in Samar. While we follow traditional and natural production methods, please contact us for specific certification inquiries.

How should I store your products?

Most of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Vinegars and Sapura beverages should be refrigerated after opening for best quality. Our chips should be kept sealed after opening to maintain crispness.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our vinegars have a shelf life of approximately 24 months. Sapura beverages are best consumed fresh — refrigerate after opening. Chips are best consumed within their stated expiry date on the packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
